Payment Methods

We accept various modes of payment which include Credit Card, Debit Card, Net Banking, UPI, PayTM and COD (Cash on Delivery)

No, you have to pay only the amount that you see in your cart.

Shipping and Delivery

We provide free shipping in Pan India. If you choose COD(Cash on Delivery) as payment method, we charge a nominal fee of ₹65.

We dispatch the order on same day. Most orders are delivered within 2-3 working days. You will receive an email with the shipping details once your order is confirmed.

We have tie-ups with reputed courier companies, so your orders will be delivered to your doorstep.

Returns and Refund

If you are not satisfied with the product and want to return it to us, we will happily accept all returns if they are reported within 10 days of the delivery.

Our return policy:

1. Product must be in unused condition with all original packaging intact.
2. In case of COD orders, we will not refund handling charges.

To return the product:

Please drop an email to sales@gurushreecomputers.com with the subject line as – Returns #OrderNumber within 10 days of delivery.
To return the product(s), you will need to self-ship the product(s) to our warehouse. If your request is accepted, we will email you the return details.
Please note – The charges of shipping the product(s) back to us will be borne by the customers themselves.

Our team will check the returned product(s) for quality (If it is re-saleable). We will send you an e-mail on your registered email-address issuing you a store credit which can be used to purchase other stuff on our store.

Cancellation

To cancel an order, please write us at sales@gurushreecomputers.com within 12 hours. If you already paid for your order, the amount will be added to your store credit within 48hrs after cancellation. You can use the store credit for future purchases on our store.

If the order is shipped already

we wouldn’t be able to cancel it. However, you can politely refuse to accept the shipment and let us know about it. If you have accepted the shipment, no worries, you can return the product and exchange it for something else.
